RCVL is a compact, unmanned diesel-electric hybrid ground combat vehicle.

The United States Army has developed an unmanned ground combat car called RCV-L. It will be used to support ground combat mission. The vehicle, which is a compact hybrid of diesel-electric and electric vehicles, weighs in at 10 ton and can carry 7,000 lbs. It has a remotely controlled weapons station that can reach speeds up to 40 MPH. After eight months of hard work, it was delivered to the GVSC in November 2020. This vehicle is designed to be an efficient asset in ground combat vehicles formations. Its development is an important milestone of the industry/government partnership.

It is used for transporting ground troops and their fire support personnel.

The US Army announced that they will begin testing a robot combat vehicle (RCV), starting July 2019. The RCV is intended to carry fire support equipment and ground force personnel. It can perform high-speed, large-capacity operations. This vehicle should be useful in military operations.

It can reach speeds up to 40 MPH

A robotic combat vehicle is a vehicle that can hit 40 mph, can carry up to 7,200 pounds of payload, and can traverse rough terrain. It could be outfitted with a range of remotely operated sensors and weapons. The vehicle could also be accompanied with a control car. It would travel behind multiple RCVs and provide input for soldiers controlling each vehicle. This includes how to maneuver around obstacles and respond when contact is made.

It is well-armored against artillery shards and machine gun fire.

The RCV can be operated alongside manned tanks. It is designed to serve as wingman protection when the vehicles are closer to their target. But it must be durable enough to withstand the same intensity of attacks as a tank. The larger variant has more armor and a larger weapons package.

It also has a remote tower.

The robotic combat vehicle (RCV) is a small unmanned combat vehicle equipped with a remote turret and other weapons. The joint project was undertaken by British multi-national defence technology firm QinetiQ Group as well as Pratt Miller Defence. Its remote turret will allow it to fire on targets as far as 1.5 miles away.

Milrem Robotics are currently working on it

Milrem Robotics in Europe is a leading robotics company that is working on a robotic combat vehicle. Their THeMIS unmanned ground vehicle, THeMIS Watch, is intended to increase the standoff distance as well as tactical unit reaction time. It also has remote-controlled, self-stabilizing weapon systems. It can be outfitted with anti-tank missile and anti-tank systems, light and heavy machine guns and grenade launchers.
