Military use of laser

us military technology news

To conduct security testing, a variety of companies and organizations use a laser weapon system that is military grade. This includes the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, which conducts mock raids regularly. Some of the tests are purely table-top, while others require actual gunfire. Some of these tests are intended for participants to become familiar with the intricacies of the business. These include conducting "force-on-force" assaults on key facility buildings, testing the security of various equipment and systems, and testing the mettle of the security personnel.

Different technologies are used by different companies to monitor and manage supply chains. The use of a military grade laser weapon system may be the next logical step. A modified military grade laser cannon was used in a recent test at the University of Middle England. It is unclear what they are trying for, but it is an interesting experiment.

It is interesting that several companies used the same military grade laser weapon system for the tests. It was capable of cutting a hole in a Ford F-150. This isn't the most exciting thing. The laser can produce rapidly expanding gases and generate enough energy to explode at the point-of-impact. The weapon has been used by some companies on a regular basis. Others have just discovered its capabilities. The best part about the test is that they are open to all.

A private tour of the plant is included in the package. These tests are unique and may soon be replicated across the country. This is the most fascinating part of the entire experience. NRC is using drones to inspect security gear.
